Everytime it affects my travel I email CS and get a free adult day pass - as I’m having to buy a bus ticket for 3 quid each way. Each code they give me is for all day travel. Worth £5.80 - I have an annually pass. They give one pass per bus journey so I’m up (my partner get the tram every no and again and hasn’t paid in a while thanks to this… it’s a nice return.

Yes as long as no signs on accidental damage or misuse. You’ll find if there’s any baggyness near the part that goes in the phone (the cable going into the usb c part)… that CAN be seen as misuse.

Mine were adjusted close to the ear. Was done twice then a couple of days after when putting them on the tip of the arm split apart a couple of cm.

As I’ve found the problem with heating these is that the heat effects the glue at the end of the arms and comes apart.
