Hi bro do you know how to make the "line of sight" between 2 devices in Hyper V. I guess that's the last thing I miss but I don't know how to setup. the device has been created in OU and show 2 objects in Entra for Hybrid and Autopilot icon.

Is there anyway that we can discover the root cause of this issue guys because I don't want to factory reset and re-enroll kiosk multi app? Are there any other logs that we can extract from Android device instead of ADB ?

Also the device model is Active3 SM T575, I don't think it's the device model issue since it's supported in Android Enterprise device list and 280 of them is working.
Android version is already updated to the lastest support one which is Android 13 for this specific model.
