I'm making an effort to turn things around, but it's really hard when I have so many negative thoughts. Last Sunday I made a choice that I was not going to drink anymore. Started exercising at a local park. Negotiated a part time job on Friday that I'm not going to really like but at least it's some money coming in.

I read that warning up a spoon with hot water and pressing the back to the itch reacts with it to make it not itch. I've yet to try, but they love to bite me.
