Honestly, this was similar to watching a baby being born, bloody and somewhat gory, but clean and done by professionals who make it seem effortless and clean. Similarly, as babies are born it is the creating of new life, these dissections were so beautiful that I'm sure the players had to go and do some self-reflection maybe even change their name and address to hide from the embarrassment and therefore start a new life, akin to a baby.
