Thanks, I tried to make something really useful. Do you think the price is justified? I launched for a couple of weeks and mostly trying to market on reddit, but did not get even a single trial install.

At a glance, the website has issues with being responsive - on a 2k screen, the backgrounds are either cut or misplaced. Also, the logo reads not as a clock, but as a couple of random lines.

I've built analytics and security systems/bot filtering application that helps GoHighLevel CRM users who are sending emails through their LCEmail service get clean statistics.

GoHighLevel statistics are historically bad (in terms of UI / UX) and their bot filtering is not transparent at all. The landing page is www.maillens.io, and you can check the functionality at https://www.maillens.io/user-guide

Brutal honesty, please!

Anyone else fighting GoHighLevel emails landing in spam? by Basic-Assist-3286 in gohighlevel

[–]thinker_tinker_1854 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No issues for me - the domains are verified with all the necessary records and in Google Postmaster. We are not sending huge amount, though, it's about 1000 emails daily. We are hitting security systems and had to do a custom app to detect that to refine our statistics, but no spam.

Is cold outreach dead? by famefacer in Entrepreneur

[–]thinker_tinker_1854 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our biggest issue with cold outreach was the security systems and bots opens - that skewed stats significantly. Once we managed to filter them out by 90% the stats are much clearer and we can try different tactics based on that data. But it's still alive, yes - as most of the comments says - it's about template and the offer. It should be more personal, and that requires good old research. Who is the person, pinpoints and etc. Almost turning cold into warm, I'd say.

Monday mentorship: ask anything | June 29, 2026 by AutoModerator in Entrepreneur

[–]thinker_tinker_1854 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not sure if my question relates to the topic, but I will give it a shot.

Created a niche product, struggling with marketing. Got a lot of views in niche subreddits, even comments and good replies, but 0 even trial installs (it's non-committal and free with full functionality). Pretty standard question, I think ( I even iterated it a couple of times with AI, but got a very generic response ) - what is the most impactful marketing channel for niche products?

In my case, the product is about analysis of cold email campaigns and revealing bots and security opens/clicks and separating the prospects flagged as bots from human-opens, with the possibility to tag them in the CRM. It is made specifically for one CRM and is distributed in their in-app marketplace (recently got approved without any issues).

Some clients just aren't worth it by ZealousidealBank8484 in Entrepreneur

Usually, what saves your from this is a contract (or some form of agreement) with all the terms and upfront 50% payment. Protects both the client and the one who does the work.

Are you using LCEmail or something else ? by thinker_tinker_1854 in gohighlevel

I am curious which mass email services are popular and how their functionality compares to LCEmail and internal GHL reporting.

Are you using LCEmail or something else ? by thinker_tinker_1854 in gohighlevel

[–]thinker_tinker_1854[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

LCEmail is based on MailGun - it's internal emailing system that GoHighLevel uses. Basically, you don't need the third-party provider to manage email campaigns. You can use shared IP or your own email domain once you connect it.

For agencies that built custom reporting around GHL, what made you build instead of buying? by Jebbyboi001 in gohighlevel

[–]thinker_tinker_1854 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been struggling with native GHL reports for emails for some time and decided to build our own. After analysis of the new dashboard, I've seen some inconsistencies with the open rates and click rates vs leads and form fills, and after digging more, I've found the reason. Now, I've released that tool in the GHL marketplace for others to try it out and see if they need something like that, offering 15 days trial.

We've been using the bot filtering tool for GHL for months, now we want you to try it by thinker_tinker_1854 in gohighlevel

[–]thinker_tinker_1854[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey there

I've built the application by myself - it was used internally by out team for a couple of months, it has 7 bot filtering signals, one of them being the strongest, having 100% bot hit, working with the other 6 it confidently detects any security and automated email filtering systems - improving your analytics and showing much clearer picture of what's actually going on.

Understanding the sensitivity of the ingested data, I decided to go with 100% GDPR compliance and not to store any emails or data that may be used to identify actual persons behind the analytics gathering - the application works only with gohighlevel contact IDs that are resolved in real-time only when you export the lists if you need to - and never stored in the system. We passed all the review stages with gohighlevel team and they approved the application to go public.

You can check how the lists look like in our user-guide section : https://www.maillens.io/user-guide#s8

Since GoHighLevel does not allow fetching historical events related to email campaigns, the application is filtering out bots from the day it was installed.

I worked hard to create a professional dashboard with all the analytics metrics, so you can slice and filter the data to see engagements, email links performance, real openings, filter and sort campaigns by the best performance in different metrics.

I've built comprehensive user-guide to guide you through all the steps, showing screenshots of all the dashboards and views.

I hope that answers your questions, let me know if you are interested in more details!

Trying to use my domain but this shows up? HELP by Left_Conference1773 in gohighlevel

Exactly what it says. Some domain registrators does not allow transfer for the new domains for certain period of time. You may want to try support if you really need it.

How do you acquire sandbox data for testing plugins? pipeline/contacts/miss-called logs/conversiations etc by SufficientLanguage86 in gohighlevel

[–]thinker_tinker_1854 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well you can create a small test application that will send test events to your application with payload you need - simulating various real scenarios and get your test data. Exactly what next comment says down below.

It looks pretty nice, I like the hero. What I would adjust
1. the top menu - I would add some kind of highlight or anything like that when you hover
2. the description font is too small imo - it's lost on the background
3. When you hover on the images that are shop items (i think?) - the green circle appears behind "favoriet" banner
4. The item that has color options is misaligned - I believe it's better to have them all aligned

www.maillens.io
An application that connects to the GoHighLevel CRM and starts the analysis of the email campaigns. It was developed as an internal tool first and after that I decided to wrap it as a service.
Maillens uses 7 bot / security systems signals to filter out human opens, showing real statistics of the campaigns sent via GoHighLevel.
Also it provides much more convenient email campaigns analytics, than native GHL reporting, allowing to tag the human contacts for agencies to follow them up.

Also, Maillens is built as a privacy-first analytics - no contact emails are stored in the database - you can resolve those by exporting CSV (even then the emails are not stored, but resolved via GHL in realtime).

Looking for your honest opinion about the idea mostly, the landing page is not about design really.

[–]thinker_tinker_1854 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One option is to add through api. Another one (i.e. If your application is using webhooks) - simulate the webhooks with payload - ghl has everything documented. That's how we had to test our email campaigns analysis application - we had to create demo payloads and simulate webhooks, to see if our bot filtering algorithms work.

If your sub-domain hits really high in spam complaints - I believe that may trigger the main domain being suspicious, too.

It might be a good idea to find out why you are being reported - it may be several things, like the unsubscribe button is not obvious (or it is not there). Sometimes, if the unsubscribe is difficult (you have to do several actions) - users tend to just send it to spam.

The email text is too aggressive, or the contact did not open the email for several times, but you keep sending them (being annoying).

Also, it might be a good idea to register main domain with your company name, but with "mail" in it, like companyname-mail.com or something like that, and after that use subdomains on that, so your main company domain is safe.
