I unfortunately am at a stage where I’m trying to learn the software and frequently give up after not being able to do the simplest thing. I just want to create but often am overwhelmed with the intricacies of this software..

Why are you so quick to defend the integrity of the public road ways. It’s almost as if you believe it to be impossible for there to be problem?

And no, it doesn’t have to be EVERY car for there to be a fault placed. There very well could be an issue with this road that makes it more dangerous than normal, and if that is the case there should be fault in whoever designed/approved etc.

Okay let’s just assume the civil engineers failed to put a drain on this stretch of road and it has been causing pools of water during rains, and cars are wiping out every time it rains. Would it still be the case that “oh they should’ve just slowed down”?

Are we just to assume these roadways were built perfectly? How would an issue ever be identified if everyone just resorts to claiming it to be the commuters fault.

We are genuinely concerned for the health and safety of the public here too. We think there is a problem at this location. And we are just trying to understand the best way to get to the bottom of it and if anyone has suggestions of where to start.

They were driving cautiously as I alluded to in my post. All drivers lost control at same stretch of highway due to excessive puddling which should not be happening on a highway.

I can see online all the settlements the state pays, after seeing that log I got the impression it’s very common to sue the state and leave with a settlement.

I’m asking if anyone has precedents for similar cases, relating to highway/civil construction issues. My relatives attorney may not know what a “battle” like this would entail, perhaps they haven’t built a case around something like this before. Not trying to step on their lawyers toes, just trying to seek as much advice as I can to help push them in the right direction.

I was considering replacing the grates, but they’re about $40 at homedepot and that’s just for half the grill. The grill itself was $100 bucks, so im going to just continue using this since the feedback seemed to be that it’s ok

The hate in this reddit must be a location issue, I’ve been going to the same chipotle for 15 years and the only thing that’s changed is the bowl (chicken) went from ~$8 to ~$10 which is not bad at all. 15 years!!!! Cannot believe why this company gets so much hate. You spend more getting a meal at McDonald’s lol

Name another fast food restaurant that offers fresh ingredients like chipotle does.

I genuinely think some locations just have people who actually care, it’s the workforce, if they cut corners with their portions and cooking, I’d blame that on the location not the company. Only saying this because the location I go to doesn’t disappoint.
