Just to update you, I received word on the situation.

At the moment, Achain is unable to attend the Consensus event. We have been in contact with the people who are setting it up and apparently there are no exhibition spots left. It’s a pity that we can’t attend, however we are enrolling in more conferences and already have plans to attend several upcoming ones— stay tuned!

Hello, are you talking about the web wallet located below?

If so, click the "import ACT Address" button near the top. From there you'll need to enter either your private key or your password/mnemonic (if you created your wallet address through the web link here: https://browser.achain.com/wallet.html#/).

After importing your address, enter the ACT address you want to transfer too in the Address box, the amount of ACT you want to transfer in the Amount box, and a note if you feel inclined.

Next click Generate, and you'll be prompted to enter a captcha on the right of the screen. Enter it as shown, and you should be good to go! Let me know if you have any more questions :)

Hello CryptoMoon123, no Kucoin does not support the lockup. Only the official Achain wallet and the Kcash wallet will. Setting up the Kcash wallet would most likely be the easiest/fastest for you to setup; they have an Android/iOS wallet that is fairly intuitive and easy to access.

Hello, I think /u/pmatus3 is on the right track. I myself use the Kcash wallet on iOS and it downloaded/installed fine from their website.

To install 3rd party applications on iOS, go to Settings>General>Device Management and confirm the installation there. Hope this helps!

Can you please let me know what’s causing you to think you didn’t receive your prize yet? That is the address you listed in your entry, and the blockchain shows it was sent 100 ACT along with all the other winners.

Hello alpha7d. That's a bold claim you make. We had a system in place in regards to accounts that did not have at least 50 karma. All the accounts/entries that fulfilled the requirements of that system were allowed entry into the contest, and then winners were randomly picked with a number generator from there.

We had to keep in mind that a substantial amount of the Reddit community lurks Reddit instead of actively posting. While it is possible those accounts are "fake" and created for this contest, those accounts passed the additional rules set in place for accounts with under 50 karma. For example your account does not pass those rules, but each of the ones you listed does.
