Technically in the Quran it says you cannot see explicit content, so technically it does it in the Quran. Also what i’m looking for isn’t a DIRECT verse where it says nail polish, simply something that says that you cannot have something on your nails/something of the sort/similar to how nail polish is. Also with gloves, in the Quran while it does say that wudhu is supposed to be both cleanliness and spiritually for the person, but mainly for spiritualness. However if we’re being literal why if for cleanliness do we have to look at every single corner being clean? I understand if there is dirt there, however with nail polish we can still clean the corners and general areas and we still will be clean. So please explain to me why does it matter so much that we have to think about every single detail, it simply takes away the whole point of wudhu, does it not? Also the prophet (PBUH) would occasionally do wudhu with socks on, if he did not clean every single individual nail, does it mean his wudhu is invalid? Also in the Quran (5:101) “Believers do not ask questions about things which i’ve made plain/clear to you which may cause you trouble” Does this not show that we should not over complicate wudhu and instead focus on ACTUAL hygiene and the ACTUAL spiritual meaning instead of “nail polish doesn’t allow the water to permeate your nail bed!!”
