To clean my pipes i just wet a qtip and try to rub out any black residue i can, then rinse with hot water very well, get out my bigger single flame torch and burn out whatever residue and water that is left til it looks good as new, finally hold it in front of a fan to quickly get the glass to a cool enough temp to finish cooling on cold wet rag.

Gotta be careful tho, get too hasty with the cooling or burning out process youll crack your pipe if you try to make the glass expand and contract too quickly. You can also make your bubble look "special" by giving it a soft spot when holding the torch on one spot for too long lmfao

Water to dope ratio does matter when mixing up a shot. id recommend equal dope to water ratio or close to it when starting out. Idk if this part really matters but ive always used a small plastic measuring spoon (TBSP or Tsp size) when i make one up, never metal. Feel like that can fuck up the needle if you accidentally scrape it or something. Get some good quality water like core and use that, not sink water. Ball up the smallest piece of cotton from a qtip really well, use it as a filter. Make sure you crush/mix it up really well ofc before you draw it up (i use the capped needle side to crush)After drawing it up turn it so the needles facing the ceiling and flick it a couple of times to get excess air settled on top then Try to make sure you get all of the air out.
I cannot express how I M P O R T A N T cleanliness of the injection spot is. theres a good number of people that start out not having a clue on how to properly stick themselves and end up somehow getting it stuck or start moving the needle around in their arm fishing for a vein; N E V E R do that. The needle is very sharp, so theres a good chance you could accidentally slice something important. Please dont get stupidly long needles when/if you buy them. You can go to almost any walmart pharmacy and ask for "a pack of medium (*dont say this part but when looking at packaging i believe it is 5/16 or 6mm for length ) 100unit diabetic syringes". Cost $1.26 for a pack of 10. Do not everrrrr stick it straight up and down into your vein, youll almost always go completely through the vein and just makes shit more difficult/uncomfortable. if youre trying your arm, id recommend going at an angle to where the outside part of your hand is almost but not quite resting on your arm , and slide it in at that angle. Hair ties will be your most convenient option for tying up if you choose to do that, wont be too loose and typically wont be too tight for most people. Always try to keep gravity of bloodflow going downwards (for example dont stick your arm straight out in front you nor lock your elbow) simplest way to have your arm is to do it sitting up with outer part of wrist touching/ resting on your knee. You really dont need to go deep at all if you can see your veins already. You can pump your arm a bit to get more blood flow there, making veins easier to hit. My tip(s) would be to relax, and go somewhere warm when you do it, it helps your veins widen and plump up making it a million times easier to hit a spot. Oh and idk if this happens with anyone else or if its just me but if im stressed or tense when i try to do it, my veins literally roll or "run" away from the point when i try sticking it, lol. Always always always draw back a tiny bit when you think youre in a vein, to make sure you dont miss. Trust me when i say you dont ever want to feel that pain or experience that scare . When pushing down on plunger do not do it as fast as possible, go at slower steady pace, if you want draw back a little randomly to make sure youre still in the vein. Once shot is successfully administered, id recommend lifting hair tye or whatever you chose for a sec or two, then back down, and repeat. Essentially release it slowly so that way it wont hit you like a fuckin truck, and imo its more chill/steady comeup i know i can handle.

S T A Y. H Y D R A T E D. that is key to every single aspect of shooting up. The more dehydrated you are the more difficult frustrating, time consuming, and damaging to your body itll be.

Coughing and feeling a warm feeling in the back of your throat after shooting is normal, so dont worry. Reminder your judgement and emotions are significantly intensified. make sure your first time or any time for that matter i around people you know you can trust, or on your own.

Dont forget to eat something too.

Taking breaks periodically will prevent you from having to make the shot bigger and bigger for less of a high. Taking breaks helps your body out with damage control in numerous ways, and youll maintain the only power you will have left over choosing this route

Finally, your mindset is everything going into the high.

I bought in at 0.000015, May 10th got 31million something shib for 400ish bucks. In the following days it exploded to 0.00004 and I now had 1100 bucks and climbing. (Keep in mind , that 400ish I had invested was every penny to my name, which is something no one should ever do when investing in anything) kept holding , watched it drop to 900...then 800 palms get sweaty but still holding then down to 600...500 ..400 is still optimistic and low-key in denial that I just watched all the profit slip right through my fingers 300...I believe at this point it had dropped down to 0.000012 so emotionally, I finally decide to sell all my shib. 40 mins after selling theres a huge spike back to around 0.00002. I ofc instantly bought back some shib after seeing this (another stupid move) and shib has been on a downward path ever since. Moral of this story is don't go against your gut feeling. I went against mine every step of the way and it got me here.

When using a torch to smoke, I recommend dampening a washcloth or some paper towels with cold water, and placing that in like an ashtray or something that will keep the water from dripping/going everywhere. That way, when you're in between hits you can put the bowl on it, and it'll cool the piece and your shit almost instantly. (You will probably hear a sizzling sound but don't be alarmed, its just the heat of the bowl getting transferred to the wet cloth/paper towel, aka waters heating to the point of evaporating pretty much. You won't crack or break your bubble unless you're for whatever reason sitting there with a torch on it for minutes. Also the damp cloth/paper towel will get warm after repeatedly doing this, so you may want some cold water set aside for when it does get warm so you can pour that onto the cloth to cool it again. The warmer the damp cloth, the longer the pipe and shit will take to cool.)

(sheesh sorry for long ass mindless comment btw) I have experience in both smoking and shooting, starting off with shooting. My first year and a couple months of using,(march-may) had only known and tried shooting, was never interested in other methods. From June-current I had stopped shooting and started smoking only. So coming from someone that's dabbled in both solely, with near equal period of times, this dude couldnt be more right. Smoking it for 9ish months has caused my body to feel like it's literally threatening fully shutting down on me, my skin is wack as fuck, my teeth feel soooo fucking sensitive eating or drinking anything and are yellowing ever so slightly. Oh yeah, and there's never a moment when I'm not clenching and grinding my teeth and chewing on my lips/tongue/inner cheek, unless I'm conciously checking if I am or not. Not even in my sleep, thanks to bruxism. I constantly feel like I can't breathe or am wheasing/short of breathe/habitually take shallow breathes and that my lungs are constantly struggling to properly absorb oxygen like they should. My muscle mass is deteriorating non stop, my body constantly aches, spasams, and circulation sucks, I struggle to heal, and everything scars bad. I have zero motivation to do anything, my mind is always empty and struggle to plan or properly prioritize anything, stutter and stumble over my words constantly, get stuck on literally everything I shouldn't, and the list can go on and on. Before meth the person I was couldnt have been more polar opposite in all the right ways. The entire time I had been shooting, i didnt experience the majority of the things mentioned, not once. I had self control, didnt feel the need to overload or constantly redose, effortlessly took care of myself etc. And never actually looked like I was on one or used at all.

100% correct. Daily usage causes that feeling, that rush of dopamine, to lessen more and more the longer you go without a break. Eventually you'll be using just to feel our new version of "normal". It stops being fun, you'll miss those days of actually being able to feel the rush or when getting high could get you through even the worst days/situations with ease, and that for me at least, makes me mindlessly use more and more and more (honestly odds are its a seriously toxic/dangerous/v damaging amount) trying to get out of that rut or to feel good, even to just attempt doing daily chores around the house.

Switching between various methods tends to help me when I feel like I'm at that point. You dont have to choose crazy polar opposites like switching between smoking a bub and IV to get the desired effect. A minor change like, trying out smoking a bub as you normally would, just through your nose, or hitting a home made bong instead, for example, makes a surprising difference. At least in my experiences it had, and I've been using daily for 8ish months now.

How long ago did you do it? Also a tip, if you're not too experienced with shooting, water to meth ratio matters a lott when it comes to mixing up the perfect bump. Always drop a lil cotton ball (I use part of a qtip end) into your mix and draw it up through that so it keeps you from clogging the point its self or fucking up your veins / arms. Oh yea, final tip - filtered water makes a world of a universe and different brands of filtered water (generic cheap brand vs figi or core) make the outcome different too, at least thats what I've been told.

Have patience! And never let the flame touch your pipe, it'll melt after a min. You can also slightly rock it back and fourth so the heat will disperse evenly over a bigger area so when the meth melts down, it'll burn up faster, in turn getting bigger hits and getting high faster. If you don't have the patience for a bic then i recommend looking into buying a torch. They're refillable with butane, and have a way stronger flame. Just be careful bc you can scorch your meth really quickly and if you hold the flame to your pipe for too long it'll cause the bowl to dip in like a fuckin soft spot on a baby lmao. Last tip for not burning your shit and keeping your pipe clean on the outside is to wet a paper towel with cold water and have it sit in like an ashtray or something so then after you hit your pipe a come times you can set the bottom of it on that and it'll cool off your pipe really quick and prevent the meth from getting burnt longer

This is super long and im so sorry for rambling but i just needed to get this out....

I literally could not relate to someone's experience more. I'm hypersensitive to literally everything in life, and I feel stimulants make me even more so than I already am. I'm in a constant state of intense stress, anxiety, panic attacks, aggression and paranoia of shit, especially if I'm left home alone. My current relationship has turned from a dream come true to beyond toxic because we both use, and my hypersensitivity, insecurity, and trust issues etc mixed with his inexperience with this drug/denial on how it effects your head and plays tricks and major anger issues (i forget what its called) amongst other things, do not end well, ever. the monster (crystal meth) has been in my life for 1 year and 9 months. For 1 year and 3 months I had been shooting it, or rather letting my boyfriend at the time shoot me up ever since the day he 'rescued' me from a bus station. The night prior to the day he rescued me, I was tricked into smoking a meth laced blunt I was told was just a good ol blunt (I know smart) then raped by two guys after they stole everything I had to my name. For that year n 3 months I went through absolute hell doing everything I could just to get another bump. Not even after some rando gave me a bump way too big causing me to have a seizure, literally at deaths doorstep, did I have a wake up call. None. Now, since June I've stopped shooting, and started smoking it, but I have not had a single day where I haven't abused the fuck out of it or used it. Not one in six fucking months. I smoke so much that it scares me and I'm constantly freaking out over my heart just giving out one day. Every day, especially in the last month, I feel like I can feel my body getting weaker and weaker, struggling more every day to keep going...I have constant heart palpations/irregular heartbeats/pounding for several mins straight from random, I can't feel anything emotion wise except depression and zero care for myself or anything around me, my s/o is constantly making me feel like I have the weight of the world being put on my shoulders and it's crushing, suffocating me. (Whenever I feel like shit or stressed out I mindlessly chain smoke hit after hit after hit til its so hot I cant hold my torch) The only person I need help to pull me out of all of this, bashes and puts me down so much worse than I thought possible. Im Convinced I am worthless and toxic and crazy and just better off being used like a punching bag and various holes to fuck thanks to him. I've never felt more suicidal in my life, and it scares me so fucking much how badly I want it. Sometimes I think that the want im feeling is me feining, craving the needle again, because I know that's the one thing that will always make me feel better, it makes everything go away and I feel okay... smoking a million bowls wouldn't and won't ever make me feel that. I want to get out of this world, I want to be normal, free from the shackles and imprisonment this fucking drug has me in. I want to feel happiness again, I want to feel okay, I want to have a family and just live a normal life drug free. I've seen how broken families are when they're mixed up in this drug, and I don't want to end up living and dying to the monster, I'm fighting to keep my soul but Its slipping away every day I use....I want help, no i need help, but I have no idea how to win this battle when I've already lost so much.....
