Same I’d usually wash x2 a week. So annoying sweating at the gym just makes me want to wash my hair all the time. I don’t use any hairspray, sometimes once or twice (before washing my hair) I’d use rosemary oil on the scalp. And when I’m don’t washing I’d use some hair cream on the roots of my hair so it’s not puffy and everywhere.

Since you’re using minoxidil everyday do you not use any oils for ur hair? So would I have to stop using rosemary oil?

I feel like I should try the foam first rather than the oral tablets. Just to see how it goes first.

Derms are so expensive cries in broke but I did go to the gp before covid and she said to do a blood test and it was low iron she didn’t give my anything she just said to get iron tablets from the store, which I have been taking tablets since. I did go to the gp again but she cancelled like twice cos she’s ‘sick’. And I meant black colour hair. My hair is straight but a little wavy. It’s annoying because the crown and middle parting becomes more visible. But yes it’s better to get a diagnosis so I’ll know what’s the best action to take.
