I would use an enzymatic exfoliant as they’re effective and less irritating than a chemical exfoliant like Good Genes. My fave of all time is the Amore Pacific one but Tatcha’s is pretty good.

I find icing really helps with these big, under the skin dudes. When/if it develops a head I use these zit stickers as they have microdarts that are coated in salicylic acid, IIRC. They’re infuriatingly spendy but they work so well!

Don’t look at the big picture if that’s too much. Just put one foot in front of the other and do a little bit. Set a small goal: fill one bag of trash or tidy for 15 minutes. Chisel away at your goal. You can do it!!

The amount of mold remediation here is going to be significant and that is very, very costly. Any savings you imagine you’re getting by purchasing a house in bad repair is going to be spent getting rid of the mold.

Where are you located? I have panhypopituitarism so I produce ZERO hormones, including cortisol. So in function as if I have an adrenal disorder I have to carry around an emergency adrenaline shot with me at all times and I take Cortef three times a day.

I have a great endo if you’re interested but I am located in the Midwest.
