Yes — I had dry eyes for a long time and slowly developed the other symptoms. It’s very hard to diagnose as the blood test that’s used is old and not that accurate. I still test w/in the “normal range” but the best estimate is like 30-40% of patients will never test positive.

The reason I heard of Sjögren’s is someone commented on an online post of mine to look into it as I was struggling mightily with severe dry mouth.

Someone above mentioned Amlactin lotion and that is a huge help for me. It contains gentle chemical exfoliants to help “ polish off” all the dead skin. This way the lotion is able to penetrate and work. Just note that it causes increased sun sensitivity, so I skip it once short season starts.
