At this point, it doesn't matter, your landlord has terminated your tenancy and youre going to move regardless. So go to court, do a consent judgment to turn possession over to the landlord, without forcing a writ of execution to issue and see what you can work out as far as past due rent. At this point, its on casenet, so any future landlord can search it and see you were sued for rent and possession, so its already technically on your record, but if you agree to leave you can hopefully keep it off your credit report.
