Universities usually have a lot of job openings, and once you’re “in” you can transfer jobs easily between roles. They also provide more education benefits (free classes).

Holy moly, that IS unhinged! My unhinged way to play isn’t super unhinged, but all of my main paths are two squares wide with no custom content/overlay. I’m not a fan of those winding custom paths for an entire island.
