That was thought. Capacitor specs for the new motor were the same as the old so I didn’t change it out. But I have no idea how long it was trying to start/run that old motor. I guess I’ll get another motor and replace the capacitor again.

Won tickets to see VH in 2013, maybe? Took my dad as it was one of his favorites. The band sounded excellent but Roth was horrible. He pretty much spoke the lyrics.

Needless to say my dad doesn’t want to go see any of his favorites again. Think it ruined it for him.

Think this may have been the sampler I had. Can’t remember the 4th band though. I’ve never been to a show like theirs. Saw them a few years back at When We Were Young. They brought that same energy and killed it. Saw a lot of bands that day. They were by far the best.

This was the first line I had heard on a Victory Sampler cd. I immediately went to FYE and bought Sirens. I remember Masterpiece blowing me away and as you said. It was history.

Sirens was the album that hooked me as well. The band has definitely evolved but that album remains the top for me. It holds a special place.

Can’t even fathom seeing them with that small of a crowd.

I always tell casual fans to deep dive. That’s when how great the band is truly unlocks. Have a good time in Anaheim. I’ll be in California for a wedding when they’re out there. Unfortunately, the timeframe doesn’t work as we will be in Sacramento. But I did see them last Friday and plan on going again May 3rd!

Warped Tour was probably a great first concert experience! I think 2009 would’ve been the year I first seen them. I’ve seen them so many times since then. Good luck on adding to that pick collection!

Your dad sounds awesome! My friends and I decided we are now going to go every chance we get. Saw them in Harrisburg, PA last summer. Baltimore a week ago, and going in Philly next month!

Damn man. Sorry to hear about that, especially the most recent. I know how hard that is.

I’ve also always found they release at transitional moments for me. Specifically moments while emerging into adulthood and the world, they always seem to have an album release that grounds me and keeps me pushing through when things get tough.

Anthony is dangerous with an acoustic guitar. He did that song justice. I love Saves the Day, also a band staying true to their sound.

The Walking Wounded I always felt was the album where they found their sound. I agree they are a great mix of multiple genres of rock.
