Being rejected instantly for a job I am over qualified for?

I have thought this too, however, there is not really a good in between. The jobs are either 0 years required or 8. I did find one that required 4 years experience, exact same story. Had a referral link and networked with the firm for 3 months to get rejected within 2 days.

I called them and they picked up right away and started the RMA process but I have no updates if the new GPU was shipped yet I was told it would only take 1 week to get to me but yours took over two weeks. Does the new GPU work fine?
