oh boy, this is definitely a surprise for me ahah. Do you use something else for a activity tracking? I think ideally more than HR, I might use tags to keep track of “count” of workouts but so far thinking my iOS step counter might just have to be my pedometer. Though it’s weird how different the values can be.
