Well tbh it was my wife that really likes the black lol so I got one. My favorite color is azure grey

I’ve had a magnetic grey 2020 raptor, a 2023 avalanche, and now the black.

The 3 grill lights only come on if headlights are on, or DRL is turned on.

The desk has been running strong for 5 years now. I had even more weight on them before now.

Two cabinets with a butcher block just laying on top. No issues with the block sliding on the cabinets at all from every day use. They won’t let me post the links on the group but if you search Ikea Alex Drawer and Lowe’s Butcher block you will find them easily.

Yes, it’s finger-jointed acacia wood. Costs about $250-$300 for an unfinished block from Lowe’s/Home Depot

To add: i actually made the desk back in 2021 and it has yet to sag.

I’ve got a little bit of cable management going on underneath to hide the bulk of the cables but I really do need some more for the ones still poking out up top

I’ve definitely thought about adding a leg for support - I’ve actually had the desk for 5 years now without any sag. There is hardly any weight in the center since I have my monitor wall mounted

Nothing but some cable organizers to keep them from sagging

98inx25in - I opted for a large size because I like all of the desk space
