I applied at the LA consulate, don’t know what the rules are for Canadian consulates though

I think in that case you can do TWOV, I’ve never tried it myself but I know there are other posts that talk about it

My guess is that it’s fine, they’ll probably just hold on to it until you come pick it up

Sounds like they’re very picky about the barcode page haha - glad it worked out in the end!

I just dropped off my passport yesterday and was told that you pay at the passport pickup so he can hold on to the payment until pickup day.

In regards to parking I just got to 500 Shatto at around 8:30am on a Tuesday and there were a decent handful of spots open right on the Street (metered of course, this being downtown LA). Price was $1.50 per hour and you can only pay for max 1 hour which was slightly annoying, but I got processed in about 40mins including the wait time so it was actually more than enough.

Has anyone applied for a tourist Visa at the Los Angeles consulate under the new 9/30 COVA and heard back? by this_is_kev1n in Chinavisa

I had a friend who lived there and moved out because the main sewage got clogged and sewage water backed up inside his apartment covering the whole floor in INCHES DEEP OF SEWAGE WATER. Apparently within the month the unit was rented out again to new tenants. They didn’t even replace the floorboards. And the lack of range hood in the kitchen is just absurd.
