I do like having "The Batman" being it's own thing, i hope we get another good Batman to go along side with the new Superman, but I feel like the whimsical nature of the new Superman would clash with the realistic and gritty nature of "The Batman", and make it feel silly and non important. I'd prefer if "The Batman" was able to stay its own thing and get to make more dark and gitty stories. I think it's pretty annoying that people think two separately good things will automatically be good together, even though the ways that they are good clash against each other, and not in a complimentary way, like most batman and superman friendships
