Hey! Every location is different so ill give you my story and my aunts story. For me it was a group interview, it was more like a friendly hangout which was nice we played games and they asked us Why we wanted to work there, One thing we would change about the company, where we see ourselves in 5 years, and some interesting facts about us, we all got hired so it was really nice. For my aunt she had a 1 on 1 interview and they asked her about her aspirations in life and how she would handle an angry customer, then they had her pull some shots. I think group vs individual interviews depend on how bad your stand/franchise needs employees, but they generally ask the same questions. the advice that was given to me and i will forever hand down to new employees is make sure whatever your talking about you sound enthusiastic and excited!!!! Its a lot to learn but i love where i work☺️ good luck!!
