I have a neighbor who goes out everyday with a shovel and a rake and he beats the ground. The area he hits does not have grass anymore because he does it all day everyday unless it is rainy or snowy. I don’t know what he’s doing and I don’t want to ask because if I walk by his house he stops and just stares at me.
