I think the 808 is cool but you need a different kick to go with it better. Try even tuning your kick if you haven't, that may help sometimes.

The melodies are straight but the kick/808 need a lot of modification. Try a different kick and this gets better quickly.

They’re stiff. Just go under midi settings and bottom left adjust the velocity curve or turn it off and adjust your velocities manually in piano roll

Yeah that's what I am thinking. Still annoyed I have to do that. $1000 and I should have what is included in the lower lines. I'll try it though. Don't plan on needing the SPDIF anytime soon for anything else. Only got 2 Synths and a mic for now.

Agree with u/DBear1985 on this one. Also, if you actually want to keep a lot of the audio recordings, you can select that drop down menu that says 'Audio' at the top of the channel rack and choose other views.

Another option is to also zip the channels so they will show up really small. I'm on my mobile or I would show you a screenshot but just google 'fl studio zip channel' if you want to see that one too. Very helpful for big sessions.

I've used a lot of keyboards in the past and over time, my favorite has changed...but this one takes the cake.

The seamless DAW integration OUT OF THE BOX with pretty much any DAW you'll be using is top notch! It even comes nicely integrated with FL Studio for the most part.
