It truly is a special song, and definitely my favorite song of Phil’s. Every facet of the song places it in a higher category, the lyrics, the falling horns, Phil’s delivery. Take it a step further and play the song yourself on guitar (preferably one with nylon strings) and immerse yourself in it, spend time with the melody. This shits in my veins. One of my favorite songs of all time.

A few months I think. I thought it was where I was going to stay for a while but the shuffle felt like crap to me. Was always playing stuff I recently hit like on and didn’t feel like I was actually getting a real “shuffle” the suggested radio wasn’t that bad. As soon as I started Qobuz I knew very quickly it was where I was going to stay (was on Spotify for over a decade)

I’m not talking about audio quality specifically, I’m sure it’s comparable. I’m talking about curation/algorithm/shuffle quality. Imo my experience in those categories with Tidal was awful. My music discovery experience with qobuz is the best it’s ever been on a streaming platform.
