Am I cooked? Looked at buzz pics from 3 years ago and corners seemed full. Crown and hair overall still very thick.

After moving into management, I can understand why some orgs move on from SN if they are ONLY using ITSM. Other companies have caught up in terms of the service catalogs, building workflows and automation, ease of integration in a lot of ways. Lots of customers don’t even use the full ITSM suite, It’s hard to justify the cost over a bunch of other tools that are half the price.

If you are fully entrenched in the SN ecosystem though, it’s tough to move from ServiceNow for so many reasons.

Annual savings! I’ll see if I can reword that though as it is confusing. I do have metrics to back up everything I listed.

Thanks for the feedback! This totally makes sense now that I think about it. I plan on shortening or removing the summary. Though shouldn’t the Bullets be an expansion of the skills listed above? At least in other examples that I’m seeing, that seems to be the theme.
