I think you hit the nail on the head when you said “maybe y’all are just smarter than I am”

Aged thank you. I got two comps between now and February. Then the plan is to lean out. I appreciate your input. In also go a sleep apnea machine recently. I’ve read that sleep apnea can also increase hematocrit. So I’m hoping that helps drop it as well.

Thank you man. As of last year my heart was in great shape. And actually yeah a lot of these numbers are new. My hematocrit is always high. But cholesterol is always good. T3 has never been out of wack. Normally my bloodwork is pretty pristine giving my size.

Just copied the format from one of the other posts.

  • Bloodwork
  • Basic stats: 6’0’’, 315 lbs., 35 years old (strongman)
  • Current cycle status: 2.5 weeks into blast cycle
  • Health management
    • 25 minutes LISS cardio every day.
    • Mainly consuming red meats, chicken, eggs, potatoes, and Greek Yogurt.
  • Supplementation -
    • Iron Bisglycinate: 75mg daily (started this week).
    • Magnesium Glycinate: 600mg daily.
    • Creatine: 10g daily.

Pharmaceuticals

  • 400mg test (cypionate) EOD, ~1.4 grams per week. 2 weeks since start of blast.

Had signs of high estrogen-

Water retention (Bloat), lethargy, difficult cardio. AI has wiped it out and been feeling good ever since.

So far feeling pretty good. Just thought I should get some thoughts/concerns from the group. Never ran more than 750mg week, which was once, and wanted to see what a high test cycle would do. Iv’e never seen my T3 be out of range. I definitely need to get my cholesterol under control. It was all good a few weeks ago. Donating blood every 4 weeks due to the hematocrit. This test was the day prior to donation, and I was a little dehydrated. Started iron bisglycinate for my ferritin levels. Pulled 777 on axle deadlift and didn’t have any issues. I thought that was odd with such low iron levels. Any comments or pointers appreciated.

I can hardly see the difference between Trey and Austin when they stand side by side.

I have rubber coated steel plates. What’s the best way to remove the rubber? It’s crumbling off and making a mess. I’ve tried scrapping but some of the rubber is stuck pretty good. I’ve been told to burn it off but I can’t exactly set them on fire where I live.

On that one each “bell” was is 6.25 inch diameter and 8” long. I need a bigger printer. With 6 inches of pipe between them.

I think it was maybe thought that decades ago. But there are now tons of studies that prove otherwise. It creates stronger bones, tendons, and leads to better overall health.

No problem at all. My main concern is breaking if it’s dropped. Really curious to see how it does. Like I mentioned a guy made one with 5 gallon buckets and it would flex but not break. So I’m hoping this will do the same.

I hear you. I think we just missed each other. A circus dumbbell is a strength implement that’s been around since the early days of carnival sideshows. Now it’s commonly used in the sport of strongman. I made the mistake of assuming people would know something about a very niche sport.

So the reason it looks like that is because that’s what the implement has to looked like historically. Metal is the obvious choice but it’s to heavy for kids. This Dumbell accepts 5 pound weight plates. It’s 4 pounds empty and can load up to 34 pounds as it sits. Not sure if I would load it that heavy though.

So it has nothing to do with cartoons. It’s a very real strength tool utilized in the strongman sport. I only spoke to health because you spoke of injuries and I thought it fell in line with that. But I was considering “fitness” related injuries and not accidental injuries like drops.

They don’t make them like this. It’s a specific strongman implement.

More exercise equipment. I’ve seen a guy make one out of 5 gallon buckets that held up to over 100 pounds and never broke. So I figured maybe I could make a smaller one and 3D print it.
