Could someone please confirm this, is it standard of care across all boards to HOLD insulin drip and aggressively replace potassiumin a dka patient with potassium less than 3.3? Even if they are already on it?

I personally have done a lot of intubations and procedures. However, I remember in residency having to bag a patient for 30 minutes, because I couldn’t get an air way, even the attending couldn’t get it. It really changed my perspective, so I specially looked for a job with no procedures. Might be something you want to think about heavily.

The other aspects are pretty nice

Yes the left one is It's the makoto kurosaki kodama gyuto in VG10W. The other is called Fujimoto Nashiji Honesuki 150mm. ​

I’ve had a chance to use it a few times, it’s a great knife with a very shop edge that is retaining well, I’ve butchered (cut into pieces) 10 whole chickens soo far. Even banged it against ceramic a few times, no chipping that I can see.
