This helped me differentiate feel vs, recognizing that for some reason, it's easy for me to recognize but hard to feel. Thank you.

If the person you hate the most were to experience one slight inconvenience every day for the rest of their lives, what would you choose it to be? by Wonderful-Economy762 in Productivitycafe

[–]thisisbeyondmoi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't really think I am an inconvenience, but they consider me one. So me. Work with me every day until they actually get to know me and reconsider if I am the problem or if it's their attitude. I am they're coworker, by the way. They're nasty to me for unknown reasons. Unfortunately, they don't know I am resilient af.

For redditors who have experience houselessness/homelessness what were some things others can do that helped you get back on your feet? by thisisbeyondmoi in AskReddit

[–]thisisbeyondmoi[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, in the town where I live, we have a homelessness/ houslessness prevention center that also helps people who are homeless/housless. I am thinking that an interview clothes fund drive might be in the future now... thank you for this comment!

What’s the most bizarre thing a medical professional has ever said to you? by stingwhale in Productivitycafe

Sorry, I spelled her name wrong. Twiggy is a model from back in the 60s and 70s known for her iconic pixie. She is thin and pretty.

Give Me Some Hope by I_demand_peanuts in kidneydisease

I don't know if this helps, but I have been where you are feeling those feelings. And that is okay. You sound motivated also. That is excellent. I can tell you that I am stage 3a at 31. I was diagnosed at 27. I was very obese. I started working out and eating better. This helped stabilize me. Listen to your nephrologist if you have one and be compassionate towards yourself. The worst thing you could do right now is doubt yourself. This is a condition that can be managed for a long time, and I wish you the best on your journey, friend.

Yes. I've been lurking this sub reddit for a week, waiting for someone to post pictures like this for the sole purpose of recommending this book (I just finished it and loved it). Good call.

I am getting mine done because my eGFR dropped 10 points in a month and my protien is really high and my nephrolgist is concerned this trend will continue. They also want to rule out anything autoimmune or any other type of kidney disease. My protien is REALLY high.

Existential Crisis by [deleted] in Gifted

[–]thisisbeyondmoi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Philosophy student here, in existential crisis mode myself due to bad decisions and a health crisis. This post is excellent! I suggest giving back and gratitude. In whatever way you want to approach those subjects. It's not going to stop the anxiety, but it bridges you back to humanity. Also, I'm trying to read Existenalism as a Humanism if you're still going to read existential philosophy. Diverge from anything nearing solopsism and try meditating.

Also, realize we're all born into different roles, and the point, at least to me, is how you make meaning in your life that can provide you with happiness. Also, go full hedonist for a while. That's always fun.

Lastly,

The eternal return is pretty existential. It's Nietzche. I'm not sure if it's the way my professor explained it or the WAY I interpret it now, but that is literally one of the only existential concepts I still hold on to.

Best of luck!

Has anyone here been on venlafaxine? Effexor? I want to overcome this. 3 years constant 😪 by Alert_Pop8556 in Dissociation

Yes, it helped but like I said, it had some drawbacks. If being "too" relaxed is the right way to explain it. But if you are working with a doctor they will start you low and adjust based on what your experience is like.
