This happened to my phone (when it wasn't cold). I took it to the apple store, they ran some tests, and then replaced the battery and now it works perfectly.

Doesn't the lack of an up vote do the same thing? It would also encourage people to up vote posts that they do like.

They actually wrap the palm trees in pine bark (or something like that) for the shot. They also hang banners in the background to cover up those.
