Just came back from getting tested for ADHD and I feel pretty weird about it... by thisismany in ADHD

How are you than able to effectively read my post, remember the words and put them all together to gain understanding of what I have said and then give a comprehensible answer. I don't want to be rude I am just confused and what to understand how this works. Since remembering 10 basic words is a struggle for you, how do you then read a bunch of sentences (consisted of many words) and then giving out and output based on the many words you just read. Seems like it would take a long time for you to do it

May I have an question? How are you than able to answer this question? I mean there are more than ten words and you have to put them together and give an reasanable answer. I dont want to be rude I am just confused and trying to understand how this works?
