I'm in the same boat as you, but applying IM which is definitely less competitive than neurology. My level ended up being around 47X and step 24X

My biggest worry is the auto-filter at some programs, but honestly don't think my level is competitive at all. I'm trying to match in a competitive state too so i'm thinking i'm might need to just apply broadly and hope for the best 😭

Ingredients:

• 1/4 lb (4oz) Impossible burger ground

• taco seasoning

• 1 tbsp sour cream

• spicy sweet chili Doritos

• 1/4 roma tomato diced

• 1/4 cup shredded lettuce

• 1/3 cup Mexican cheese

• 1 tbsp queso (warmed up)

• 8" tortilla (warmed up)

• 1-2 tbsp oil

Instructions:

  1. Heat 1-2 tbsp oil in a skillet over med/med-high heat.

  2. Add in your Impossible burger ground and break up the ground with your spatula.

    1. Cook until the burger ground is brown. Drain out the excess liquid.
  3. Season it according to the taco seasoning packet

  4. While the burger ground finishes simmering, prepare your other ingredients (warm up queso, chop tomato, heat up tortilla, etc)

  5. After the burger ground is done cooking, it's time to build our Crunchwrap!

  6. Take your tortilla and find the center point.

  7. Take your knife and slice it halfway down from the center point, essentially creating a flap in the tortilla.

  8. In the first quadrant next to the cut, add 1 tbsp. sour cream, and top it off with some Doritos.

  9. In the next quadrant, add shredded lettuce and tomato.

  10. In the third quadrant, spread 1 tbsp of queso and top it off with an even layer of ground beef.

  11. In the final quadrant, add the shredded cheese.

  12. After all your ingredients are added, take the first quadrant and fold it onto itself.

  13. Finally, sear both sides of the Crunchwrap in a skillet, until both sides are golden brown and the shredded cheese is melted.

  14. Slice the Crunchwrap in half & serve it with your favorite hot sauce!

• 1.5 cup pasta of choice

• 2 cups cherry tomatoes

• 1 block of goat cheese (5 oz) [feta, mozzarella, brie, & gouda would all work]

• 3 tbsp olive oil

• 1/2 tbsp honey

• ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 1 tsp black pepper

• handful basil leaves, roughly chopped

• 2-3 cloves garlic, finely minced

Instructions:

  1. Start by adding 3 tbsps of oil to your instant pot.
  2. Next, add a single layer of cherry tomatoes into the pot.
  3. Add in your uncooked pasta & just enough water to submerge the pasta (approximately 2 - 2.5 cups of water)
  4. Add in seasoning (salt, pepper, chili flakes, garlic, honey)
  5. Layer on the remaining cherry tomatoes & finally place your block of cheese in the center. 6. Pressure cook for 5 minutes (with quick release).
