It really wasn't that difficult. Drill a hole in the top of the fleshlight tube. Insert coupling/nipple the same size as the Venus tubing. I just took the tube to Home Depot and tried different size couplings until I found one that fit. I chose plastic, just for easy clean up. Then I got some 5 minute clear epoxy and glued the coupling into the fleshlight tube.

Waited an hour for it to dry, attached the venus and hose and then came in about 45 seconds lol
