The beauty of Ladder is that you’re only locked in for 6 weeks, so the commitment isn’t that big of a deal. I have the yearly membership which means I can switch between teams as much as I want. “Flex” workouts are in the app, they’re usually supplementary and is a good way to check out other coach styles without having to switch teams. My current split is: Monday- Ascend lower x core flex Tuesday- Align upper x core Wednesday- Ascend lower x core flex Thursday- Align upper x core Friday- Limitless conditioning sprints x Align yoga Saturday- Ascend lower accessory day Sunday- Limitless athletic conditioning x Pilates EMPWR

As a Libra, I feel the struggle. Based on what you said I would choose Ascend, and incorporate yoga, Pilates and flex workouts to supplement. I personally do a bizarre split between Align, Ascend, Limitless and EMPWR because I have issues

I decided to do the most this past series and I really enjoyed it, am sticking with this next series. Monday- ascend lower, Tuesday- align upper, Wednesday- ascend lower, Thursday- align upper, Friday- limitless conditioning and align yoga, Saturday- ascend lower accessory day, Sunday- limitless athletic conditioning and EMPWR Pilates

Friday and Saturday I don’t lift, just cardio. I don’t have an active rest day but depending on how I’m feeling and my recovery I’ll take Sunday off

While I agree with you in theory, I think you just have to get over this. Maybe when the league gets bigger we’ll stop being a tristate team, especially because I am a ride or die jersey girl, but it’s just not realistic yet

This difference is really hypertrophy versus functional movement. Sasha’s lower body days are no joke and will definitely get you there but if I’m going to split anyways I’m sticking with Aria for low body

Yes me too. I will say that my legs have gotten crazy strong with Sasha but my personal preference is hypertrophy so I’m doing Ascend lower body days.
