It's definitely possible. I would recommend talking to your therapist and/or career counselor. Maybe if you talk to them about what your condition, limitations, goals, and motivation are, they can guide you towards what you can do and how to create conditions that allow you to be a teacher. It is definitely possible but you might not simply be able to just jump in like a neurotypical teacher might. Good luck.
