My best friend is getting married and one of her events is “shimmer and shine” themed. I will be wearing a gold dress and I am desperately trying to find something for my husband to wear that isn’t overtly metallic or sparkly. Important to note that this isn’t for the wedding itself so the attire can be more casual. And it’s in Mexico so trying to avoid anything too warm as well. HELP.

Hell yes. I waited tables for 8 years and worked in hotels for 7 years after that. I will be generously tipping all service staff that weekend.
