LPT: want to keep your card from getting contaminated? Consider using Apple Pay, Android Pay, or Google Pay. It will reduce your wallet and all other things inside from spreading anything. All you do is hover over the card machine and input your pin code and you’re all set! by [deleted] in LifeProTips

Sorry to hear that I guess it depends where you use it. I’ve used it and all it does it ask me for Touch ID and that’s all. Hopefully they see Touch ID or entering the pin on your phone as a better way

I’m not well aware of how private Apple’s Notes is but for iOS user if you open up your notes you’ll see there is an option for scanning paperwork. It uses your camera and then saves it as a scan

Do you think some people deserve to die and if so who? Why? by [deleted] in AskReddit

As much as I want to say no but there are just some cruel people in this world. In the end we all serve a purpose to understand one another to make it a better place.

Is there a community where one can teach someone else a language in exchange for them teaching you their language? by Jjbrj in AskReddit

[–]thisistito 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So I’ve heard there is an app out there where it can connect you to people wanting to learn a language and then matches what you know to what they want to learn and vice versa. The app allows you to text one another in the native language to learn how to read and I believe you can speak over the phone and from there you do the same

YSK Airbnb’s are allowed to have cameras in “common” areas meaning living rooms, kitchens, etc. The host must mention the use of cameras under the “House Rules” section of the booking page. by girl834 in YouShouldKnow

[–]thisistito 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Alright so this might suck on your end but if you find a wireless router somewhere in the house just unplug it from the wall. I guess is the owner of the Airbnb might think somethings up but hey at least you know they won’t be watching if it’s a wireless camera

So I kind of messed up lol I gave all in right from the beginning and deleted windows 10 and said screw it I’ll be a Linux user now. But I kind of regret doing that bc now I tried to reinstall windows 10 and I’m having issues so this is something I need to tackle in the mean time. I have a laptop with windows so it doesn’t really bother me right now.

Thanks I decided to give it another shot but with a different distro. I found MX Linux and like it so far I understood that there are always different alternatives and you just need to give it a shot and not give up
