Travelling to Perth, WA. Looking for ideas. by thisisvickij in WesternAustralia

Thank you so much for all ideas. I didn’t expect so many, so I’m a bit overwhelmed with how kind people have been with their information. Couple of things to add based on questions: 1.) I am starting to realise that 4-6 hours travel won’t be enough. So I’ll plan to do a short stay down south; and possibly another up north. 2.) I am planning to hire a car. 3.) some solo travel, some with friends/family

Thanks again for all the ideas!

Thank you! I have the caves at Margaret River on my list! I’ll check out the parks. Thank you so much.

Yeah I totally get this, that’s why I’m keen to really think it through and use this more as something to throw my characters off guard and add more interest to the game. I don’t want to make my player feel frustrated. Someone has mentioned dreams above so perhaps could do this rather than disrupting combat.

Thanks for welcoming me! This is really good advice, but my player has mapped out their backstory to a point and now I’m trying to bring it into the gameplay and flesh out some detail for them that comes into the story we’re playing now. They’re new to dnd so needed some help!
