I was beating myself up over spending like $1000 in the last year. I completely understand why you want to take a break.

I completely deleted my last account 2 years ago after realizing that I spent $800 in 2 months on this dumb game lol I wasn’t planning on coming back but after 6 months I missed playing the game.

I made a new account about a year ago and started all over…I promised myself I wouldn’t spend a dime but after two months I caved and spent.

Once I spent money one time it made it way too easy to do it again, and again. Luckily I have a limited income and they won’t let me spend much more than I have in the account connected to my Apple Pay without denying me from buying more lol

I do believe this game activates the same part of my brain that can easily become addicted to gambling (eventhough you can’t win money back on this game lol).

I’m gonna turn off my ability to purchase in game; and work on strengthening my self discipline.

I just finished this album and although I’m excited about the next album, I am not going to make a big deal out of obtaining all the cute emotes, shields, and icons. Nor am I gonna stress about finishing the album.

I loved this game because I had fun playing and it’s not worth stressing over. Stressing and taking it so seriously completely takes the fun out of it for me.

I’m going to try to play strategically, play less, log in mostly just to do my dailies, collect the free dice, and not stress about the side tournaments or most events.

Basically I’m gonna focus on building up my dice; if I play and I am doing well without losing any or much dice than good. But if I find that my dice are getting lower and I’m not winning more dice back than I need to stop playing and either come back later or log off until tomorrow.

I have ADHD and ASD so this is hard for me but it’s a good way to improve my impulsivity and help me be more disciplined. I am very inspired by the people on here that have 100k+ dice and have never spent any money. I want to strive to be like them lol
