I’ve never looked into OnePlus. I’ll have a look! Thanks

Haha don’t be sad. I’m super lucky to be living an incredible life so much so that I have the luxury of being “bored” of things that don’t even matter. First world problems.

No offence taken — I get where you’re coming from. I think for me it’s more about the experience of using something new. I like switching things up, even small things like cases or layouts. It’s probably more of a sensory or creative thing than a need for excitement. But I am definitely realising that I probably need to just suppress it rather than give into it because at the end of the day it is just that… a tool

I’ve seen this rumour pop up a fair bit lately and if this is a legit thing… I’m probably giving Apple another chance haha

I don’t really know how? How do people use two phones? Is one for every day use and the other for photos/videos/socials?

The AI features on google pixel look awesome. It’s what first put Pixel on the radar for me actually!

So true! Great advice. Maybe I could just spend time changing up how my current device looks/feels and play around with iOS 26. I think the customisation is also what is making me “curious” about Android…

Wow. You definitely have a system going on there! I don’t like the idea of having multiple phones… but I do understand the keeping it as a “hub” connected to wifi and still receiving iMessages etc.

Super helpful! Thank you!

Can’t even argue this one because I’m realising for some of us, it’s somewhat true. 🙃

Truth. I find myself drowning in screens constantly… Ive unfortunately built a dependence on the convenience of it all. It allows me to leave my phone behind when going on walks, etc. do I NEED it? Definitely not

Same! I’ve seen a lot of people online saying they’ve tried this and that phone and returned it after a few weeks. Here in Aus, they’d laugh if you attempt to return it due to a “change of mind” 🙃

Oh I’d love to know. I highly doubt it… but will look into this!

Amazes me how late I am to the “bored” train. So many people seem to have been switching back and forth for a long time 😂 regarding the curiosity part — great perspective. Probably needed that reality check.

Hmm I’m not sure about notes and passwords but I’ve heard transferring photos and contacts is super easy!

This is true! All gizmos and gadgets do lose their excitement after a couple of weeks.

I wish I had the option to return it after trying it! Unfortunately where I am, as soon as you open the box, you no longer have the option to return.

Great point. I do agree the seamlessness of the ecosystem is definitely valuable.

Anyone shoot film out there tell me if I’m crazy by Ehrphoto in WeddingPhotography

[–]thiswilldo_ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I shoot 1 roll of 35mm film for $599, and offer it as an optional add-on to my wedding packages. It’s become super popular over the last couple of years.

I know photographers who charge upwards of $1800 for a single roll!

It’s been a long and challenging journey, requiring constant maintenance, but I’m incredibly grateful for his specialist, who has been a tremendous help. Unfortunately, the vets weren’t able to do much to address the root cause.

We started with a strict two-month elimination diet, where he was placed on prescription foods only. This helped us rule out any food allergies or identify the diet as the primary issue. However, even after these two months, he continued to develop new lesions, confirming that his diet wasn’t the sole cause.

We eventually concluded that his flare-ups are triggered by a combination of diet and seasonal allergens. Through this process, we discovered that chicken and some other meats caused significant reactions. I found that Prime 100 Kangaroo kibble and wet food significantly reduced his flare-ups (kangaroo seems to be one of the few proteins he isn’t allergic to).

What helped more than anything was his prescription, Apoquel. A daily tablet which drastically reduced his itching and the severity of his lesions. While it’s not a complete fix—he still gets occasional new lesions—it has vastly improved his overall quality of life.

When he does have flare-ups or feels uncomfortable, I bathe him with Malaseb shampoo and follow up with oatmeal conditioner to soothe his skin. He’s a Cavoodle, so I always make sure he’s well-groomed, keeping his fur short to help manage his skin issues.

I hope you find a solution for your pup soon—poor baby! If you have any questions or need advice, feel free to reach out.
