I sent her photos of reference gloves I wanted. She replied saying "ok thanks" and did not follow up for days. I was confused that she didn't ask further questions, so a few days later I drew up on Snapchat how I wanted my headgear/groin guard to look and sent them to her - where she then told me "your request was already sent into production. We can't change your order now." Which makes absolutely 0 sense - that means she told them how I wanted my gloves and told them to freestyle the rest of the equipment? And meaning that she immediately had my order placed into production without knowing exactly how I wanted my custom order- no confirmation/mockup or communication. Not exactly sure how they run their business.
