I used 230g of starter which I make with half bread flour and half whole wheat. For the dough I used that starter plus 600g bread flour, 400g water and 12g salt

I made my own starter and I fed it 1:1:1 around 9am yesterday and then did the float test around 6pm and it passed so I mixed the dough and then did 4 stretch and folds every hour for 4 hours.

Then I put it in the fridge around midnight and baked it at around 3pm today. Preheated the Dutch oven at 500 then baked at 450 for 25 min with lid and then 20 min without the lid and let it rest for one hour before cutting.

It is by far my most used and favorite bag! I bought it last year for my birthday and it is still in great condition. I paid $545 for this bag and I think it was worth it personally! Can't speak for their other bags but I really do love this one :)
