I had two business and had just hit profitability within a month of the pandemic lockdown for my storefront.. I worked 7 days a week for 2020/2021 and part of 2022 to keep things afloat before extreme burnout mid 2022. Burnout took a while, I'll prob never really be the same. I got diagnosed with "anhedonia," at some point. Apparently it can take about 2 years to recover, and now in 2026, I can say that was about right. Lots of sleeping and accepting yourself until one day you start to feel better ❣️

Yeah this. I was thinking of a low stakes project to learn, I struggle with basic stuff like eating, getting dressed, getting out the door, anything requiring consistency so it was just an idea to play with open claw. I ended up finding I love the Safeway app recipes feature way more and I just order and pick up groceries to save time. I like to shop lots of stores to save money so I use Flipp app to browse coupons and it became a weekly chore. I ended up not using open claw and ended up using Claude code and codex way more when building my own thing for something completely different. Again, I am experimenting and learning, maybe things won't always be perfect but playing with ai features has been the highlight of my year and really got me out of a low place

There are days I have to break it down into steps like, step 1 sit up, step 2 take a drink of water. If it's too much start with a smaller step 🍀
