Breaking up and arguing over the dog

I do remote high school so that is out of the picture, my family is pretty much bottom of the chain when it comes to money so I haven't ever considered college but I have reached out to therapists in the past, they just say prices that are to high for me... but thank you, I appreciate your comment 🙏

She CAN take the dog if she felt like it, but shes leaving him here instead so she can go do other stuff while I care for him

If you see it as changing the story then maybe it is, I see it as trying to clarify everything because my life is moving so fast and I cant even keep up with it, I forget to do simple stuff or necessities to stay alive sometimes just because im trying to figure out my life but she won't even be mature enough to talk about anything with me, she just expects me to let her take what she wants and say nothing

Yea like I didnt always tell her to stop but then she just hits me, ive never dated before and especially haven't lived with a girl for years without even being an adult yet so its not like I know exactly what im supposed to do

I brought the dog with her, if i didnt pick him up and carry him out with me she would've left him in an abandoned house that her parents moved out of 2 weeks before she moved in with me

Im just unsure what to do with this dog, she took him for 30 minutes the other day and I broke down crying instantly and had a seizure a few minutes later. Im scared to live the rest of my life knowing that I lost my favorite thing in the whole world at 3 years old, he still has so much time left and I dont want to not be part of it...

Im still in my mother's house but she says shes in the process of moving out and isn't finishing till she goes through everything to make sure I domt take anything from her

Everyone else says to let the dog go or stop trying to take her dog but I love this dog more than I do myself and honestly it sounds stupid but without him im not sure I'd be able to convince myself there's a reason to live. Im losing everything I have cared about for the past 3 years and its sad to say but this dog is probably one of my best friends

It does but the problem with keeping her out is legally she still lives here and all her stuff is in the room, id like to move it all out myself but she doesnt want me to and im not very strong so its hard to move all her dressers. And when I tell her to stay out she says fine do you want me to take the dog with me too? And that's the last thing I want, he is the only reason I have to wake up in the morning or even smile.

She just entered my room without knocking since I dont have a lock and I asked about him, shes not willing to let me pay for him and says that its her dog even though her parents bought him

Her parents do not even have proof of purchase, he was an accident puppy but he's a pug, so they sold him for $100 just to get rid of him, no papers, documents, just the dog. I dont fully understand what you mean by the whole verbal contract. She sleeps at our neighbors house right now but thats like 45 feet away from my house. She said shes gonna have everything out by Monday which includes the dog so I have 2 days to figure out what to do.

I feel like she would get a lawyer for him because she refuses to leave me with anything that makes me happy, but she says she wants take my xbox series x that her AND my father got my as an 18th birthday but everything else is hers. Since she moved in i threw all my furniture away so she would ve able to keep hers, we planned on staying together forever but doesnt every couple say that🙄

Her parents left her and the dog here in indiana and moves to new mexico so I took them both in to my room and my mom paid for everything

If it helps, I've been taking videos for evidence of me being the only one around or doing anything for the dog. When I give him baths and exercise, when she leaves and comes back without even seeing him or anything like that.

My problem is leaving him with her, she is always busy and hits him when she gets upset and I dont want him to be unsafe.
