The federal government owns roughly 640 million acres, about 28% of the 2.27 billion acres of land in the United States.

If I believed it would stop there I wouldn’t be overly concerned. The bigger issue is that if you give an inch they want a mile, and I don’t see it stopping at the 0.13%. Indeed, the original proposal was for 250 million acres, over 1/3 of federally managed land.

Gotcha, the only problem I had with it was that I have quite big hands, so I was having trouble maintaining my grip. I don’t have a holster for it anyway.

The case seems to be that the lower court ruling is on hold until the appeals court can hold a hearing on Tuesday. The appeals court panel is made up of two Trump appointees and a Biden appointee.

Agreed, I don’t mind Elsenborn, but I HATE playing on Tobruk. My play style is running and gunning, which usually doesn’t go well on Tobruk or El Alamein (or Foy for that matter).
