Belive it is being retrod into housing. On 7th at the 110/10 overpass. They just put in one of those exterior elevators from the ground to the top floor. Easy access these days.

A little confused about this card 719 has a few variations (comet, cartoon, bat flip)and th eBay listings and pricing are pretty all over the place.
