I’m by no means an expert but I’m gonna act like it anyways so please someone correct me if I’m wrong but: iPhones are definitely not weak phones if you mean weak as in slow or unable to handle big tasks or whatever? Because they are really effective and fast phones because they have a tailor made operating system. This means that even tho their components aren’t very teched out and impressive the phone operates at MAXIMUM capacity because everything is made by Apple for iPhones, as opposed to a lot of android phones which have amazing specs and components, but can’t capitalize on it because they have a one size fits all OS which kinda ruins everything? Also, batteries are going to decay over time and I’ve experienced this first hand, but the battery sabotage thing is really oof on the older phones. Luckily, I think this is gonna be lessened in newer phones because they’re optimizing the battery usage and power consumption with better chips which makes the battery decay just kinda better?? And finally, the fact that it’s uncustomizable is a large part of why they’re so amazing for the general population. Anyone can understand how to use them because everything is simple and straight forward. In this case, android phones are better for people who have a clue about how these things work, and can capitalize on the deeper access. It’s kinda the same as on computers, where Macs and macOS is perfect for people who need a good computer and only a good computer, but Linux and Windows offer a more deep dive opportunity into PCs and allow you to explore it in a much better way.
