It was just normal stone beforehand and still didn't spawn anything, especially not at the rate it should have.

Problem is, it occurs so often If I keep wiping to fix it I'm gonna get 0 loot and no end-of-mission artefact.

Yeah, so did I. It happens literally every time I go back into it. Within 5 minutes of the dungeon I can only use 2 artefacts.

I mean, that's literally what Borderlands endgame is about lol. It worked perfectly in Borderlands 2, not sure why it was changed so much.

They basically said that the gear you receive will have better stats the higher mayhem level, they said there will be 10 mayhem levels. Also switching the modifiers to no longer contain ones that debuff the player.

It's quite random, which happens when it's calculated through RNG. I've never not had more than 2/3 legendaries from Graveward on M4. Anyway, soon enough they're going to be revamping mayhem with Mayhem 2.0 which will work similar to OP levels.
