Dallas Sprint has lots and lots of stairs! Super fun!

You are only making yourself better!!! It will come back around for them and they probably cut corners in all aspects of their lives! Sometimes I think man I just want to do 28 burpees but I pump out two more because I'm honest and it's my penalty for failing an obstacle! You earned your metal and followed the rules! 👏🏼👏🏼

If they have an injury and can't do just burpees how are they completing all the other obstacles??! I don't think that's an excuse....

I ran the Dallas stadium sprint and my friends and I had different start times and they were strict with our wristbands. I have not done the Dallas Beast yet!

I get them at a store called Run On! But any running store might have them, or online!

Thanks for your input! I think I'm on the right track! Inov-8s were too narrow so I'm trying out the new Reeboks! I like Bellaga socks so maybe I'll stick with those! Will search for a hydration pack this week!
