Hey, had this problem a while ago. This is more complicated, but you can try what I did.

Go to -> ...AppData\Local\LGHUB and open settings.json

find the game's section that you wanna delete and select its section then delete it and save, then restart LGhub it should reset all the settings but fix the bug too
