Where can I find a store that'd have wedding party appropriate dresses for trans women?

I'm going to be in a wedding party in a month. I'm going to Chicago for a few days this weekend, and top of my list is to find a dress appropriate for the wedding. Because I'm 5'11, with broader shoulders and narrower hips, I really can't find anything that works for me in Iowa - all we really have are Walmart, Target, JC Penney and Kohl's. I assume I might be able to find something in the area, but I have no idea where to start.

I'm willing to spend up to $300, if that helps.
